Combining professionalism and internationalization, the 2024 International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition has come to an end in Changsha

The three-day 2024 International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition came to an end on the 28th in Changsha. The exhibition attracted more than 2600 domestic and foreign 

exhibitors, with a total exhibition area of 250000 square meters and over 200000 visitors. Both the number of exhibitors, the number of visitors, and the exhibition area have set 

new records since the International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition was held.

As an international and global agricultural machinery trade and brand communication platform, agricultural machinery information gathering and interaction platform, industrial 

policy and academic exchange platform, and modern agricultural technology and equipment integration demonstration platform, the internationalization and professionalism of 

the International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition are not only reflected in the above data, but also in the series of forum activities organized and professional exhibition visitors.

It is reported that the 2024 International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition has more than 50 special conferences and activities, including the China International Agricultural

mechanization have endowed the 2024 International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition with more professional connotations.

In terms of audience, among the over 200000 visitors, there are not only Chinese users from all over the country, but also a continuously growing international audience, 

especially in major agricultural producing countries such as Central and Southeast Asia and Central Asia. It is reported that the number of registered overseas visitors for this 

exhibition exceeds 2000. At the China International Agricultural Machinery Trade Summit held on the afternoon of October 25th, over 600 foreign buyers from more than 30 

countries in the Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe and other regions engaged in trade docking with Chinese enterprises.

In terms of exhibition content, this year's exhibition also combines international and local characteristics. The International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition has always attracted 

exhibitors from all over the world. The number of foreign exhibition groups has increased by 3. A total of Italian, German, Canadian, Türkiye, Japanese, Algerian, Korean and 

other enterprises have participated in the exhibition in groups. As the first international agricultural machinery exhibition held south of the Yangtze River, the exhibition has 

specially set up a local pavilion representing the landforms and agricultural characteristics of many southern provinces - the Hunan Exhibition Hall (Hall W1). The pavilion gathers 

representative products suitable for southern farming scenes, such as crawler tractors, rotary tillers, and factory seedling cultivation equipment produced by many excellent 

enterprises in Hunan. Zoomlion Heavy Industry has an exhibition area of 3000 square meters, China Railway Construction Heavy Industry has an exhibition area of 500 square 

meters, and companies such as Yiyang Fujia, Chenzhou Grain and Oil, Nongfu Machinery and Electric, and Nongyou have all exhibited 400 square meters. More small and 

medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are making their debut, and many of the models they bring are also refreshing.

The International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition has gone through decades of glorious history. It not only witnesses the vigorous development of China's and even the global 

agricultural machinery and equipment industry, but also becomes an important stage for domestic and foreign agricultural machinery enterprises to exchange and cooperate, and 

showcase innovative achievements. Although this exhibition has come to an end, its impact is still ongoing. Just as Fan Jianhua stated in his speech at the 2024 China 

International Agricultural Machinery Trade Summit, we need to leverage the platform advantages of international agricultural machinery exhibitions, create diverse exhibition 

forms, adhere to expanding exchanges, mobilize resources from all parties, leverage cooperation advantages, and promote high-quality development of world agricultural 

machinery.
