【 Maintenance and Repair 】 Make the tractor cab a comfortable workspace
As the core area for interaction between operators and machinery, the air conditioning system inside the cab is an important factor related to work efficiency and comfort. Unlike general maintenance guidelines, we will focus on introducing the refined cleaning process of the condenser - from carefully disassembling the insect screen, thoroughly flushing the dust on the fins, to rigorously screening every detail of the air conditioning hoses and pipes to ensure no omissions; And share efficient cleaning strategies aimed at creating a fresh and efficient working environment for your tractor cab~
1. Air conditioning belt
Inspection of air conditioning belt
Press the central part of the belt with a force of 10kgf to confirm whether the curvature of the belt is within the normal range of 10-15mm. If the belt is too loose, it may cause the air conditioner to malfunction. Check if the belt is cracked or detached, and replace it if there is any damage.
Adjustment of air conditioning belt
(1) Loosen the fixing nut of the belt tensioner.
(2) Adjust the position of the tensioning wheel and ensure that pressing the central part of the belt with a force of 10kgf can keep the belt's curvature within the normal range of 10-15mm.
(3) After the adjustment is completed, tighten the nuts and bolts.
After replacing the air conditioning belt, the belt will immediately elongate. After replacing the belt, please run the air conditioner for 1 hour and then adjust the belt tension again. If not implemented, the air conditioning may not function properly.
Please use genuine belts and do not adjust them too tightly. Using non genuine belts or adjusting them too tightly may cause the belt to break.2. Inspection of the condenser
After removing the insect screen of the condenser, rinse the mud and garbage attached to the condenser with clean water.
Please use a flathead screwdriver or other tool to repair the damaged fins.
(1) Open the engine hood, pull the insect screen to the right, remove and clean it.
(2) After inspection and cleaning, reinstall the insect screen.
3. Inspection of air conditioning hoses and pipelines
Check whether there are cracks or fissures in the air conditioning hoses and pipes. If there are any abnormal situations, please replace them.
4. Inspection and cleaning of air conditioning filters
The inspection and cleaning of air conditioning filters should be adjusted according to the usage conditions. The internal air filter should be checked once a month, and the filter of the air conditioning unit should be checked once a year.
The filter of the air conditioning unit is located inside the ceiling of the cab. Inspection and cleaning should be carried out at the distributor's premises.
If not cleaned in a timely manner, it may cause low air flow or air conditioning failure.
Inspection and cleaning of internal air filter
(1) Behind the ceiling, remove the four knob bolts on the internal air filter cover and remove the internal air filter cover.
(2) Remove the internal air filter.
Supplement
The filter has an assembly direction. (Install in the direction of the arrow on the lower side of the filter).
Be careful not to make mistakes during the assembly process.
(3) Use a jet in the opposite direction to filter the air to clean the internal air filter.
(4) After cleaning, reassemble the filter.
Inspection and cleaning of the filter of the air conditioning unit body
The roof of the cab must be removed in order to inspect and clean the filter of the air conditioning unit body.
Inspection and cleaning should be carried out at the distributor's premises.
