The Agricultural Mechanization Exhibition at the 2024 Guangxi International Agricultural Expo was successfully held

The Guangxi International Agricultural Expo will be held at the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 8-10, 2024. The theme of this expo is "Integrated Development, Circular Convenience, New Quality Empowerment, and Rural Revitalization". It integrates the existing China ASEAN Agricultural Machinery and Sugarcane Mechanization Expo and specially sets up an agricultural mechanization exhibition to further enrich the exhibition content and enhance the depth of industry exchanges and cooperation.

The agricultural machinery professional exhibition presents a comprehensive range of fully mechanized equipment from cultivation, management, harvesting to processing, covering a wide range of fields such as specialized agricultural machinery for hilly and mountainous areas, rice planting and harvesting machinery, sugarcane production full process machinery, smart agriculture solutions, agricultural machinery accessories, and a series of colorful themed activities. Among them, the China ASEAN Agricultural Mechanization Cooperation and Development Conference, which was launched for the first time, gathered top industry experts and scholars at home and abroad to conduct in-depth discussions on the core issues of high-quality development of agricultural mechanization, effectively promoting international exchanges and cooperation in the agricultural machinery industry. At the same time, the Expo also carefully organized a series of professional activities, including the National Sugar Cane Production Mechanization Development Exchange Conference, Agricultural Machinery New Product Promotion Conference, Agricultural Machinery Trade Exchange and Negotiation Activities, Agricultural Machinery Equipment On site Exhibition Activities, Grain Production Mechanization Development Exchange Conference in Hilly and Mountainous Areas, Agricultural Mechanization Development Academic Exchange Conference in Hilly and Mountainous Areas, Agricultural Machinery Enterprise Product Promotion Conference, and Agricultural Machinery Enterprise Symposium and Exchange Conference. The focus was on practical cooperation in the full mechanization solution of hilly and mountainous areas, mechanization promotion of grain and sugar cane production, and agricultural machinery trade exchange, injecting new vitality into the industry's transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development.

This agricultural machinery professional exhibition was unprecedentedly grand, attracting more than 200 top domestic and foreign agricultural machinery and component production, sales, and distribution enterprises, including Jiangsu Wode, China Yituo, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology, Yuchai Group, Guangxi Liugong, Guangxi Huilaibao, etc. The total exhibition area exceeded 20000 square meters, showcasing more than 1200 sets of cutting-edge agricultural machinery and facilities, showcasing the latest achievements in agricultural machinery technology.

In this exhibition, leading agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises such as Jiangsu Wode, Guangxi Huilaibao, and Guangxi Zhuanghua New Energy Equipment signed cooperation agreements with partners from ASEAN countries such as Thailand, Laos, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Myanmar, with a total signing amount of 573.3 million yuan, a record high, thanks to their excellent products and services. In addition, the exhibition also attracted over 160 professional visitors and buyers from ASEAN, further promoting exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in the field of agricultural mechanization.

At the agricultural machinery new product promotion conference, multiple companies showcased their latest sugarcane machinery, grain drying equipment, small intelligent 

agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas, tea related agricultural machinery, and other categories of agricultural machinery products. The highlights of this exhibition 

are diverse, especially in the fields of intelligence and new energy, such as intelligent agricultural equipment, new energy solutions, information management platforms, and 

unmanned farm systems, which comprehensively demonstrate the latest achievements of agricultural machinery in intelligence, digitization, and green environmental protection.

Industry experts and representatives from Southeast Asian countries such as Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Indonesia, senior officials and authoritative 

experts from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, as well as renowned scholars from top domestic and foreign research institutions, attended the exhibition. At the same 

time, the exhibition brought together domestic and foreign buyers, top 100 enterprises in agricultural machinery parts and equipment, e-commerce platforms, supply chain service 

providers, financial and logistics service providers, and other full industry chain partners. Pioneering agricultural machinery demonstration enterprises, domestic and foreign 

agricultural machinery distributors, agricultural cooperatives, large-scale breeders, and representatives of sugar industry enterprises in Guangxi also actively participated in the 

exhibition, jointly promoting exchanges and cooperation in the agricultural machinery industry and advancing the process of agricultural mechanization and modernization.

It is reported that the former China ASEAN Agricultural Machinery and Sugarcane Mechanization Expo has been successfully held for seven sessions and has now become a 

leading professional event for agricultural mechanization in China. Over the years, the Expo has attracted more than 1230 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and over 

9000 various types of machinery to participate, and has received a total of 482000 online and offline visitors, attracting attention and coverage from more than 180 media outlets. 

Especially at the 2023 Expo, the total amount of signed sales orders reached 380 million yuan, and the number of participating companies, types of exhibited machinery, number
