For the first time! The Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition will be held in Bangkok from July 23-25, 2025

On October 26, 2024, the press conference for the 2025 Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition was successfully held in Changsha, Hunan. Vice President You Ling of the China Agricultural Machinery Circulation Association introduced the development needs and product range of agricultural machinery in Thailand on behalf of the exhibition organizers. Dares Kittiyopas, President of the Thailand Agricultural Machinery Engineering Association, introduced relevant information on agricultural machinery in Thailand. Xiao Junhua, Minister of the Industry Work Department of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, presided over the meeting.

It is reported that the 2025 Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, hosted by the China Agricultural Machinery Circulation Association, China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, and China Agricultural Mechanization Association, and co organized by the Thailand Agricultural Machinery Engineering Association, will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from July 23-25, 2025.

You Ling stated that this is the first time that the three major associations have held an international agricultural machinery exhibition overseas, and it is also an opportunity for Chinese agricultural machinery enterprises to seek development in the Asia Pacific region. In order to facilitate communication, cooperation, and trade connections at the exhibition, the "Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition" will attract visitors and organize exhibitions worldwide. At the same time, the three major associations will fully leverage their own advantages to provide services and escort for agricultural machinery enterprises in six aspects. One is to organize field demonstrations or promotional activities in Thailand to promote and advertise the brand for enterprises; The second is to cooperate with the Thai Agricultural Machinery Engineering Association, focusing on deepening the Thai agricultural machinery market and providing professional consulting guidance and planning layout for enterprises; Thirdly, assist enterprises in exploring the Thai market and provide assistance for building overseas warehouses; Fourthly, assist enterprises in cooperating with Thai enterprises and provide assistance for joint factory establishment; Fifth, provide assistance for enterprises to carry out agricultural machinery appraisal and promotion in Thailand; The sixth is to provide assistance for business communication between enterprises and the Thai government.

Dares Kittiyopas, President of the Thai Agricultural Machinery Engineering Association, introduced the relevant situation of agriculture and agricultural machinery market in 

Thailand, and sincerely invited Chinese agricultural machinery enterprises to participate in the 2025 Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition. She expressed her 

expectation for more Chinese agricultural machinery enterprises to establish good business cooperation relationships in Thailand in the future.

It is understood that Thailand is a traditional agricultural country, with agricultural land accounting for about 46% of its land area. The main crops include sugarcane, rice, cassava, 

oil palm fruit, corn, etc. Agriculture plays an important role in the national economy. Meanwhile, Thailand is located at the center of ASEAN, with overall social stability, high levels 

of policy transparency and trade liberalization, an open and inclusive business environment, and is the second largest economy in ASEAN. Currently, some domestic agricultural 

machinery enterprises have established marketing companies or offices in Thailand, and even started businesses.

According to relevant data, Thailand's agricultural machinery imports in 2023 amounted to approximately 7.16 billion US dollars, of which only 1.331 billion US dollars were 

imported from China. The market potential for Chinese agricultural machinery exports to Thailand in the future is enormous. At the same time, in order to address the shortage of 

agricultural labor, the Thai government is actively promoting the "Field Planting Plan", which aims to alleviate the shortage of labor through centralized land and mechanized 

planting. This has also led to a continuous increase in demand for agricultural machinery in Thailand.

Regarding the development of agricultural mechanization in Thailand mentioned above, You Ling stated that the three major associations unanimously believe that Thailand has a 

good opportunity to hold international agricultural machinery exhibitions, and now is a good time to hold international agricultural machinery exhibitions.

It is reported that the agricultural machinery products needed in Thailand and the main exhibits of the exhibition include tractors, agricultural transport vehicles, internal combustion 

engines and other power and transportation machinery and equipment; Fertilization machines, rice transplanters, seeders and other planting machinery, as well as tillage and land 

preparation machinery; Field management machinery such as cultivator, spray and pruning machinery; Harvesting and post harvest processing machinery such as sugarcane 

harvesters, combine harvesters, and grain drying equipment; Orchard machinery such as rotary tiller, spray, fruit picking and transporting equipment; Animal feed preparation 

machines, egg cleaning and sorting machines, poultry incubators and brooders, and other livestock machinery; Tractor parts, harvesting machinery parts, transmission 

components and other agricultural machinery parts; Agricultural aircraft (drones), storage equipment, packaging machinery, and other machinery.
